Each structure serves a flexible purpose, capable of accommodating international athletes during sports competitions and providing leisurely experiences for locals and visitors alike. This vision aims to establish a comprehensive identity as a premier events hub, attracting large weekend crowds while offering enriching recreational opportunities for residents throughout the week.

Maintaining the street's scale and character is integral to the site's design philosophy. Conceived as a dynamic canvas, the site features three towering buildings that anchor the stadium and define its perimeter. These towers house offices, residential apartments, and a hotel, complementing smaller volumes dispersed across parklands, inviting visitors to explore diverse amenities. Facilities range from sports complexes with indoor pools and training halls to theaters, multipurpose halls, retail shops, and dining venues, strategically arranged to enhance accessibility and engagement from all directions.

Motifs inspired by the original Flamurtari FC crest are integrated throughout, creating a cohesive visual identity deeply rooted in the site's historical context. The crests manifest as solid forms surrounding residential towers and are creatively inverted within the hotel tower and structurally integrated into the stadium, offering varied architectural expressions that resonate with the area's legacy.
