15 November 2016 By: Mariann Martin “A mixed-use project just south of the Westside Provisions District will bring luxury multifamily residential units, street-level retail, and office space to West Midtown. Oppenheim Architecture awarded two AIA Miami Honor Awards of Excellence

28 October 2016 Oppenheim Architecture was awarded the AIA Miami Honor Award of Excellence for two projects (South Beach Penthouse for Interior Architecture and Bal Harbour House for Residential Architecture) at the Design Awards Gala on October 28th at the Little Haiti Cultural Center in Miami. Chad Oppenheim (Principal), Timothy Archambault (Director of U.S. Operations) and Kevin McMorris (Studio Leader, Miami) are shown above accepting the Residential award.
