“Previously, industrial facilities tried to build away from the city center: massive buildings were hidden in industrial areas, behind high fences. But times are changing . . . Oppenheim Architecture . . . made an architectural piece of art out of a municipal drinking water treatment plant. The plant was located between a protected forest and parks, so the architects decided to build a building resembling a rock destroyed by the river’s flow.”
